We are looking for reliable, creative and enthusiastic people to support BADDABUTTER on a flexible three month basis. These roles are designed to be light, manageable side hustle opportunities that can be completed mainly from a phone, tablet or laptop, with most tasks taking just a few hours over the weekend. The aim is to make a real impact, support the growth of the brand and invoice us for the hours completed. Each role has a monthly budget attached, so we are looking for people who can work efficiently, communicate clearly and help us build something exciting without needing full time hours.

Social Media Content Creator

No experience required

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to help BADDABUTTER produce fresh, attractive and engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This role would suit someone who enjoys filming short clips, taking product photos, spotting trends, writing captions and making products look desirable online. No experience is required, so this is a great opportunity for someone finishing A levels, studying at university, building their portfolio, or simply wanting to gain experience in beauty, branding and content creation.

Pay: £14.75 per hour

Hours: Around 4 hours per weekend

Estimated monthly earnings: Up to £236 per month

Admin Manager

No experience required

We are looking for an organised Admin Manager to help with simple behind the scenes tasks for BADDABUTTER. This may include tracking orders, updating basic spreadsheets, checking information, organising files, keeping records and helping the team stay on top of small but important tasks. No experience is required, but you should be reliable, focused, able to follow instructions and comfortable using a phone, tablet or laptop. This would suit someone looking for flexible extra income, especially after A levels, during university, after graduation, or around another job.

Pay: £14.75 per hour

Hours: Around 4 hours per weekend

Estimated monthly earnings: Up to £236 per month

Mixologist

Catering or hospitality experience required

We are looking for a careful, reliable and detail focused Mixologist to support the fragrance blending process for BADDABUTTER products. This role would suit someone with catering, hospitality, kitchen, bar, preparation or practical work experience, as cleanliness, consistency and following instructions are important. You will help mix selected fragrance blends for our butters, making sure each product has the right balance, scent and finish. This is a great side role for someone who enjoys hands on work, has spare weekend hours and wants to be part of a growing beauty brand.

Pay: £15.75 per hour

Hours: Around 4 hours per weekend

Estimated monthly earnings: Up to £252 per month

Social Media Manager

Some experience desirable
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help support and organise the online presence of BADDABUTTER. This role will involve helping with content ideas, planning posts, keeping pages active, supporting engagement and making sure the brand feels consistent across social media. Some experience with social media pages, content planning or online engagement would be helpful, but this role is still flexible and manageable. It would suit a student, graduate, young creative or adult looking for extra income from a role that can fit around their current lifestyle.
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Hours: Around 4 hours per weekend
Estimated monthly earnings: Up to £248 per month

Interviews will take place on Friday 29th May via Zoom, making the process simple, convenient and easy to attend from home. Each interview should last around 30 minutes and will include a short conversation about the role, followed by a chance for candidates to present a few ideas they would have for promoting a beauty brand. This does not need to be overly formal. We are mainly looking for creativity, reliability, personality and a genuine interest in helping BADDABUTTER grow.
